About me
Miguel Alves Agostinho is Regional Director for FMHOUSE, Board Member of EuroFM and CEO of the Portuguese Body of Facility Managers (APFM.pt).
He is also Convener of the CEN/TC348 workgroup responsible for designing the framework for Roles, Competences and Responsibilities within Facility Management.
Miguel has also been Ambassador for the European Facility Management Network (EuroFM.org) and member of the Program Advisory Board of the European Facility Management Conference (EFMC).
Besides his passion for enabling better quality of life through the spaces people use and occupy, Miguel mentors’ pro-bono entrepreneurs giving their first steps, especially those eligible for Microcredit.
Miguel’s background is mostly linked to Sales and Marketing, having worked in Private and Public organizations, but also managing European Social Fund projects on gender equality and public policies on Life Long Training and Employment.

Former CMO of ISS Group - Now SVP Demand Management at Sodexo Group.
Ine started in 2012 with PROCOS Group as a Facility Management consultant. Today she supports large organization with improvement programs for Facility and Asset Management; defining the organizational structure, redesign of the processes and the implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System.
Ine is an active member of the ISO Technical Committee establishing the ISO 41000 standards for Facility Management. She participates as an expert also in the CEN technical committee for the European Standard for Facility Management EN 15221. Ine is furthermore also co-author of the Facility Management Trend report in Belgium for 2015 and 2017, presented in collaboration with the IFMA Belgian Chapter.
