I work as Senior Manager at Tenant & Partner with focus on business development and strategic workplace advisory. I have a long exciting workplace background after working within both the physical and digital workplace areas. I have been part of IFMA for many years and worked for both WE (Workplace Evolutionaries) since the beginning, and also the IFMA Sweden chapter in the board of IFMA Sweden. Within WE I have a few different roles - I am part of the Strategic Advisory Group and Leadership team, and have the lead role for our WE Hubs and Hub expansion worldwide. Before joining Tenant & Partner, I have worked as Sr Modern Workplace Solution Specialist, Group Innovation Manager, Acting and Deputy Head of Group Service Development, Strategic Change Manager, Site Manager and Department Manager at companies like Microsoft, Coor, Skanska and Pharmacia.

I've been a facility manager for NHPCO for the past 10 years where my role has grown and changed with the needs of my organization. David Ernest has obtained a Master’s degree in building energy efficiency from the University of Paris and a Ph.D. in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
In California, his has conducted several studies in the field of environmental design (including natural ventilation and occupant comfort simulations).
From 1991 to 1996, he has lead R&D programs in Group Icade, a leader in real estate services in France.
Starting in 1996, he has launched the certification program (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) for most of the activities of Group Icade (project management, real estate development, property management and facility management).
Since 2001, he has conducted consulting and project management activities and a series of audits in the field of facility management, environmental performance of buildings, occupants’ satisfaction, health & safety and space planning.
He is now leading the Innovation & Energy Department of VINCI Facilities with projects ranging from energy performance contracting
