Global Co-Chair, Workplace Evolutionaries
For more than 25+ years, Kate has helped organizations create innovative workplaces and adopt new ways of working. Her global expertise includes workplace strategy, change management, training, research, sustainability, design, and leadership. She has authored over 40 workplace case studies and speaks at numerous industry events within IFMA, CoreNet, Disrupt HR, Work Rebooted, and others.
Kate is passionate about leveraging the workplace as a strategic asset and building community. In 2012, Kate co-founded the “Workplace Evolutionaries” (WE), a vibrant community of practice within the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and continues to serve as the Global Co-Chair and in 2018 joined the IFMA Board of Directors. Kate was awarded the IFMA Global Chair Citation from the Chairman of the Board for the impact the Workplace Evolutionaries has had on IFMA and the profession.
