Disruption or Distraction: Flexspace Transforming RE
Flexible space is transforming real estate. In 2017 alone, the total amount of flexible space in the top 20 largest flex markets globally grew by 30%. Since 2014, the market has more than doubled. This session will draw on new research and user perspectives to explore what the rise of coworking and flex space means for traditional workplaces and facilities. It will share fresh and innovative perspectives on how the flex space phenomenon is dramatically reshaping portfolio and workplace strategy.
Martin Vaclavik is a civil engineer and currently works as an FM Consultant. His specialization is sustainability which he also respects in his everyday life. Martin mainly focuses on effective building operations & maintenance and healthy workplaces. Martin graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague. He also holds credentials of LEED AP, WELL AP. Martin happily shares his knowledge with Master degree students at the university as a lecturer. Last but not least, Martin is interested in cryptocurrencies. He enjoys sunrises and sport activities.
