Collaboration in the World's Best Workplaces

Collaboration between business functions is crucial if organizations want to stay competitive and boost performance. But how does this manifest in the workplace itself? Since 2015, Leesman, the world’s pre-eminent assessor of employee experience, has awarded the best performing workplaces with its Leesman+ certification. To date, only 95 of the 3,494 spaces surveyed worldwide have made the cut. Leesman’s Dr. Peggie Rothe will guide delegates through the data to reveal how the world’s best workplaces approach collaboration and the employee experience.

Then, with the help of Harold Coenders, a board member of Facility Management Nederland (FMN), delegates will hear about the findings from a joint study that measured Leesman’s research against the NFC Index, an annual facility benchmarking initiative run by FMN. The primary objective was to determine optimum workplace occupancy rates by comparing the satisfaction scores from the Leesman Index with NFC Index occupancy cost data.
