WE, The Workplace Evolutionaries Community of IFMA, look forward to pitch for you our fast growing vibrant international workplace community. Our WE Hub leaders from different European WE Hubs together with our chairs Kate North or Pat Turnbull, will tell and showcase what WE is all about and why and how to join WE. I work as Senior Manager at Tenant & Partner with focus on business development and strategic workplace advisory. I have a long exciting workplace background after working within both the physical and digital workplace areas. I have been part of IFMA for many years and worked for both WE (Workplace Evolutionaries) since the beginning, and also the IFMA Sweden chapter in the board of IFMA Sweden. Within WE I have a few different roles - I am part of the Strategic Advisory Group and Leadership team, and have the lead role for our WE Hubs and Hub expansion worldwide. Before joining Tenant & Partner, I have worked as Sr Modern Workplace Solution Specialist, Group Innovation Manager, Acting and Deputy Head of Group Service Development, Strategic Change Manager, Site Manager and Department Manager at companies like Microsoft, Coor, Skanska and Pharmacia.

For more than 25+ years, Kate has helped organizations create innovative workplaces and adopt new ways of working. Her global expertise includes workplace strategy, change management, training, research, sustainability, design, and leadership. She has authored over 40 workplace case studies and speaks at numerous industry events within IFMA, CoreNet, Disrupt HR, Work Rebooted, and others.
