In the collaboration between supplier and client in Facilities Management, fortunately most things work well. We all have heard about the best practices, where supplier and client work together in a strong partnership, totally aligned with the company’s vision and strategy. The other side of the story is that many partnerships work well at a basic level, but do not seem to work out in some distinctive parts of a contract.
Innovation in contracts is one of those parts, that is often neglected or not organized in an effective way. What if you could more effectively buy it and embed innovation and development in your contracts in a more structured way?
