The Next Exciting Step in FM Evolution, Based on ISO41001

Facility Management is challenged by new influences and expectations from the market and their customers. Standards are an excellent tool to support FM in the optimization of their organization. It brings people and stakeholders together and generates an integrated approach. Implementing a management system standard is about collaboration. This will be explained by 2 cases. Not only their success, but also their encounters. Collaboration is a big challenge in this process, but also the biggest driver for success.

Ian van der Pool, as head of FM at (NLD) Joint Support Command, the shared service organisation for the Dutch Ministry of Defense, is responsible for implementation of ISO 41001. Ian will share his expertise and experience in ISO 41001 together with Ine Schaeps, Consultant at PROCOS Goup. Ine is involved as well in the creation of ISO 41001, and has implemented the ISO 41001 in several cases.
