What are the Metrics that Matter for CRE?
To meet the expectations of current and future workforces, and measure performance effectively, we must move away from outdated, traditional approaches. No longer can measurements focus on cost savings and return on capital. We need metrics that really matter.
What are those metrics? That's what this session sets out to explain...
As organisations start to take advantage of big data, the focus of the CRE function is shifting from being transactional and deal-driven to performance driven.
CRE teams are facing immense pressure to deliver value back to the business and eliminate the 'under performance' to concentrate on the 'breakthrough'.
We carried out extensive research to create a model of next-generation metrics that would drive deeper understanding of the value CRE can bring to enterprise by improving performance. 110 CRE Directors from organisations across the UK, US, France, Singapore and Australia joined our co-creation process.
