HR debate: From Facility Management to People Management: Creating working enviroments for the future
Professional Facility Management (FM) inspires employees and supports their commitment to the respective company. Which added value creates new working environments or what contribution do they make to the success of a corporation? More performance, efficiency and productivity, greater affiliation and identification when it comes to employer branding, contributing to individual achievement and excitement? Where do human beings stand in all these developments?
Education: He finished his study Business Administration and Management at the State University Groningen with a research of the Governmental services and published over the political field of force analysis. He combined his work as counsellor/trainer at the Institute for Organization Psychology with a teachership in Management and Marketing at the Polytechnic University of Groningen.
Main Projects: In 1986 he started his own company that has grown into IFMEC.
Many developments in the Facility Management Sector are initiated and monitored by IFMEC.
