How Vested Outsourcing® can help taking business relations to the next level
During this session Kyrsa de Bruine (ISS), Maurice Verwer (PwC), and Kate Vitasek (Vested) will talk about Vested Outsourcing® and how it helped bringing their relationship and contract to the next level. Both PWC and ISS wanted their relationship to evolve beyond the limitations of a performance-based contract and were eager to create world-class employee experiences that are flexible, innovative and adapted to the busy lives of young consultants. The two companies turned to the University of Tennessee’s Vested Outsourcing® methodology to help them take both their relationship and contract to the next level.
Kyrsa de Bruine is Segment Director Business & IT of ISS Netherlands. Her drive is to truly create value through innovative soucing, sustainability and hospitalit, thus contributing to the strategic goals for both our customers and ISS. Kyrsa has extensive experience in creating collaborative outsoucing partnerships and is responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining Vested Outsourcing Models for ISS customers.

David Ernest has obtained a Master’s degree in building energy efficiency from the University of Paris and a Ph.D. in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
In California, his has conducted several studies in the field of environmental design (including natural ventilation and occupant comfort simulations).
From 1991 to 1996, he has lead R&D programs in Group Icade, a leader in real estate services in France.
Starting in 1996, he has launched the certification program (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) for most of the activities of Group Icade (project management, real estate development, property management and facility management).
Since 2001, he has conducted consulting and project management activities and a series of audits in the field of facility management, environmental performance of buildings, occupants’ satisfaction, health & safety and space planning.
He is now leading the Innovation & Energy Department of VINCI Facilities with projects ranging from energy performance contracting
