For the third consecutive year the Provider Performance Survey (PPS) was performed in the Netherlands. The aim of the PPS is that it will serve as a tool to further professionalize the fm market. Using the extensive data of the survey it is now possible for FM-providers to define customer satisfaction improvement-initiatives, for end-users the survey creates the necessary transparency of the providers market.
In the session the 2018 results will be presented and we will illustrate how the outcomes of the PPS can be used by end-users and providers to improve fm performance.
